Geared toward a small business that keeps a low-dollar balance and has fewer transactions.

BUSINESS CHECKING

Designed for a larger business that keeps a high-dollar balance and has a higher transaction rate.

Opening Amount: $100
Service Charge: $8 service charge per monthly statement period. 14¢ activity fee per debit/check paid and 7¢ per item deposited during the monthly statement period.

Earned Credit: To offset some or all of the service charge, an earnings credit is given on the monthly average collected balance after a reserve requirement of 10% is deducted; the earnings credit is 2% below (0.25% minimum) the Federal Funds Rate as published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System — this is a variable earnings credit.

COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION CHECKING

Designed for a larger business that keeps a high-dollar balance and has a higher
transaction rate.

Opening Amount: $5,000.00
» Free first 400 items per month, $0.25 for each additional item over 400
» $15.00 monthly fee if minimum or combined balances are not met
$5,000.00 minimum balance in your Community Association Checking or $25,000.00 combined deposit balances from all business checking and money market accounts.
» Available to Community Associations and Property Management Companies only.

BUSINESS NOW

Available for sole proprietors, nonprofit corporations and government entities.

BUSINESS MONEY MARKET

For the business that wants a simple earning option for excess funds.

Opening Amount: $1,000
Service Charge: $10 if account balance falls below $1,000 during the monthly statement cycle. $5 excess withdrawal fee per withdrawal after the first six during the monthly statement cycle.
Interest Paid: Interest accrues on the daily collected balance and is credited monthly. The interest rate is variable and tiered and is subject to change daily without notice — see a customer service representative for current interest rates and balance tiers.
Regulatory Limit: By law, six third-party withdrawals or transfers are allowed within a statement cycle. Six of the six may be allowed by check. There are no limits on the number of withdrawals made in person or by ATM.

Interest is charged on all business accounts for items paid on uncollected funds at a rate equal to 5% above the current rate as published by state banking regulators. Interest is charged on overdrawn balances at a rate equal to 5% above the current rate published by state banking regulators.



Our new myDeposit system lets you easily scan and electronically deposit checks to your business accounts right from your desk–saving you the time and expense of driving to the bank. Images of your checks are sent safely and securely to the bank to be processed just like they were delivered in-person. We know the business and understand the needs of community associations and
we cater specifically to their needs. We are uniquely dedicated to providing services
exclusively to community associations and property management companies.

    Payments are processed the day they are received by the bank and are deposited directly
