Here at Community Bank our highest priorities are the health and safety of our staff, our customers, and the well-being of the communities we serve. To that end, like many banks, we have activated our Pandemic Contingency Plan as a precautionary step in response to COVID-19. Our Plan follows guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and local public health authorities in the areas we serve. Implementing the plan ensures that we have the right level of resources and risk management devoted to the health and safety of both our staff and customers during this time of public health and economic stress. 

We are committed to providing the service and support you depend on daily. With that, our contingency plan ensures that all critical business functions will be sustained at all times.

While each of our locations remain open, we encourage you to leverage our digital options that allow you to access your accounts to view balances, make transfers, make mobile deposits, or send payments via our P2P feature. These great features and more are available via our CB2GO mobile app or online at communitybank.net/online-banking. In addition to these options, each of our locations offer an ATM and our Customer Service Center is available at 1.866.217.3305 Monday – Friday 8 AM – 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM – 5 PM.

The goal of this effort is to ensure we appropriately respond to the risk caused from this virus because unlike the common flu, there are enough unknowns that caution is warranted. We are continually monitoring the situation and will notify you of any changes in our operations.
