It’s a real time-saver to scan and electronically deposit checks to your business accounts right from your desk.

Our myDeposit system lets you easily scan and electronically deposit checks to your business accounts right from your desk–saving you the time and expense of driving to the bank. Images of your checks are sent safely and securely to the bank to be processed just like they were delivered in-person.

 

You can use your current computer (some updates may be necessary)  connected to the Internet and one of our check scanners. Once the checks are scanned, electronic images of the checks are transmitted to the bank’s Remote Deposit System. Deposits are posted to your account during nightly processing. The deposited items are sent to the fed to be collected via the Check 21 clearing process. MyDeposit is comprised of two types of scanning: Remote Deposit Scan and Remote Deposit Complete.
