Community Bank is pleased to announce its plans to construct a new office in Biloxi, MS on the site of the former Federal Courthouse Building in Downtown Biloxi. “We are proud to be a part of Biloxi, having been a member of this community for over twenty years. Community Bank is delighted to further our commitment to the area by bringing this new state of the art building to a site that has been vacant for over 15 years,” commented Eric Chambless, President, Community Bank’s Mississippi Coast Division. “We are honored to be a part of the vision to revitalize Downtown Biloxi. Once completed, we will not only have removed a long standing dormant building but will have put in its place a beautiful addition to the area.”

The Community Bank Biloxi Office will be located in the heart of historic Downtown Biloxi at the Northeast corner of Lameuse Street and Howard Avenue will be approximately 15,000 square feet over 3 levels. The new office will be a full service banking facility, offering lobby and drive-thru teller banking, as well as lending, mortgage, wealth management and executive offices. In addition, the top level of the facility will host a Community Room and 1-2 rooftop terraces for entertaining.

The Bank is being designed to comply fully with the City of Biloxi’s Architectural Historical Review Committee’s Design Guidelines and will play a crucial role in continuing the momentum of downtown redevelopment in Biloxi.
