General
- From the login screen, select the “forgot username or password” follow the onscreen prompts to find your username or reset your password
- If issues persist, contact our customer service center at 1-866-217-3305 or by chatting with us.
After you have logged in for the first time, and updated your password, you can navigate to “Settings” then select “Security” and update your username and/or password.
CB2GO passwords must meet all of the following requirements:
- Is at least 8 characterslong
- Contains at least one lowercase letter
- Contains at least one uppercase letter
- Contains at least one digit
- Contains at least one special characterfrom +_%@!$*~ or a space
CB2GO supports the most commonly used browsers. The two most recent versions of the following desktop browsers are supported: Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari. For mobile browsers, the most two recent versions of Chrome and Safari are supported. Browser Support information is available in the footer of the CB2GO login screen.
For a device to use the CB2GO mobile app, the device must run a supported operating system. The OS requirements are below by device type:
- Android version 12 or higher
- IOS version 15 or higher
Dashboard
Yes, you may add or change an account nickname in CB2GO by going to Settings > Accounts tab and selecting the pencil icon to edit the account information.
Yes, an account may be hidden from CB2GO by navigating to Settings > Accounts tab and selecting the pencil icon next to the account. From there, the you may choose to hide the account.
There are two options to hide an account—one removes the account from the Dashboard page only, and one hides the account across all CB2GO pages. To hide an account from all pages, go to Settings > Accounts tab and click on the pencil icon next to the desired account to access the hide account option. The gear icon on the Dashboard will only remove the account from the Dashboard page.
Transfers
Yes, if the other lender’s system is setup to allow for it, CB2GO will allow you to add an external loan under the external transfers feature to make payments using CB2GO and your Community Bank accounts.
External transfers are subject to limits. There are separate limits for transfers going out of Community Bank and limits for coming into Community Bank. Limits are visible within the transfer menu of CB2GO.
Alerts
Yes, push, text and email alerts are available to be setup within CB2GO. Visit Account Management > Alerts. From there you can choose the alerts you would like to setup and how you would like to receive.
Your phone number will need to be added as a Mobile Phone. To add your number go to Settings > Contact > Phone Numbers > Mobile Phone. Additionally, on the same screen, you will need to consent to receiving text messages at that number. After confirming the Mobile Number, you can go to Account Management > Alerts and choose the alerts you would like to setup and how you would like to receive those.
Debit Cards
Yes, the Card Management tool allows you to turn your card off and on, along with other enhanced controls.
Yes, the Card Management tool will allow you to setup your travel plans. Travel notifications may be setup individually to include one travel destination. If your travel plans are more extensive, please contact Customer Service Center or your local office to provide additional travel details.
Yes, the Card Management tool will allow you to set lower limits per transaction and per month limits on your debit card.
Yes, the Card Management tool will allow you to restrict the locations, transaction types or merchant types.
Yes, Alerts can be setup for debit card activity based on location, amounts, transaction types, and merchant types.
