Community Bank Opens Waterpointe Office

Community Bank is pleased to announce the opening of our Waterpointe Office in Flowood, Mississippi. This building is home to both a full service retail bank and Community Bank’s Corporate Office that houses both administration and executive offices. The 81,000 square foot building serves as the anchor of the Waterpointe Development located on East Metro Parkway in Flowood. 

This office is evidence of Community Bank’s long-term commitment to Rankin County. “It is our honor to be the only bank headquartered in Rankin County. This building has been apart of our long-term strategy for our company and we are excited to be able to serve our customers, along with our nearly 900 staff members across four-states and fifty-four offices from our new Corporate Office,” said Charles W. Nicholson, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of Community Bank. 

The four-story building sets a new standard for energy efficiency in the area – using high efficiency ground source geothermal energy for the heating and cooling of the entire building. In addition to geothermal energy, the building features Solarban windows, these drastically reduce the solar load on the building, increasing efficiency within. 

Our Waterpointe Office is home to a full-service banking location fitted with deposit services offered through both a drive-thru and lobby, a drive thru ATM, as well as safe deposit boxes. Loan services include personal, business, and mortgage lending, with financial planning services also available.
