Community Bank is pleased to announce that Bart Gregory has joined its Starkville office as a Business Development Officer, bringing more than two decades of relationship-building, fundraising, and community engagement experience to the role.

In his new position, Gregory will focus on building relationships with businesses and individuals across the Golden Triangle area, helping connect customers with Community Bank’s full range of financial solutions while reinforcing the bank’s commitment to local communities.

Gregory most recently served as Assistant Athletic Director for the Mississippi State University Bulldog Club, where he managed a large portfolio of donor relationships and played a key role in the organization’s record-breaking fundraising efforts. He has a proven track record of cultivating relationships with a high level of customer service that will translate directly to his new role at Community Bank.

In addition to his role with the Bulldog Club, Gregory has extensive experience in media, corporate sponsorships, and marketing. He serves as play-by-play broadcaster for Mississippi State’s coverage on SEC Network Plus broadcasts and has been honored three times as Mississippi Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sports Media Association.

A graduate of Mississippi State University, Gregory has deep ties to the Starkville community and a long-standing reputation for his community involvement and leadership.

“We’re excited to welcome Bart to our team,” said a Barry Prather, Chief Executive Officer for Community Bank’s North Region. “His strong local connections, passion for service, and proven ability to build meaningful relationships make him a great fit for Community Bank.”

Gregory added, “I’m honored to join Community Bank and continue serving the Starkville community. I look forward to helping individuals and businesses reach their financial goals and supporting the growth of this community I care deeply about.”
