We’re excited to introduce Sawyer Taylor as the new President of our Escambia County Division, based in Pensacola.
Sawyer brings with him eight years of experience at Community Bank, most recently serving as President of our Jones County Division in Laurel. During his time there, he built strong relationships and helped countless clients achieve their financial goals. Now, he’s bringing that same energy and dedication to Pensacola—ready to grow his deposit and loan portfolio while continuing to put people first.
A native of Laurel, Mississippi, Sawyer is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Agricultural Business and minors in economics and business administration. He’s also completed the Mississippi School of Banking and the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
But Sawyer’s commitment goes beyond banking. He’s an active member of the Rotary Club of Laurel and serves on the board of directors for the Jones College Athletic Foundation. His passion for community service makes him a perfect fit for Escambia County and for Community Bank’s mission.
Sawyer and his wife, Lana, have been married for eight years and are proud parents to Luke and Laura. They’re members of Crosspointe Community Church and are excited to begin this new chapter in Pensacola. Please join us in giving Sawyer a warm welcome!
