Buy Local Contest

We were thrilled to bring back our BUY LOCAL CONTEST this summer! Community members nominated deserving local businesses around the southeast for a chance to win $2,000! We had many amazing finalists, and are pleased to announce the winners of the Buy Local Contest.

Our first place winner, and recipient of $2,000 is Taste of Detroit in Brandon, Mississippi! Taste of Detroit serves original coney hot dogs, corned beef, grilled/fried chicken salads, grilled chicken pitas, breakfast and much more. We are so honored to give back to a local business that does so much for our community!

Our second place winner is LeNell’s in Birmingham Alabama! LeNells’s has Alabama’s largest American whiskey selection, lots of organic wines, craft spirits, bourbon barrel-aged wines & beers, gourmet sodas, cocktail bitters, amari, and vermouths. Congratulations to a well-deserved local business and winner of $1,000!

A huge thank you to everyone who nominated businesses and voted to help give back to local businesses in our communities.
