Community Bank Opens Downtown Laurel Location
Community Bank has opened a new full service location located at 401 Central Avenue, Laurel, MS. Originally constructed in 1903, this beautiful building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. It is Community Bank’s privilege to re-establish this historic location as a full-service bank.
Our team is dedicated to honoring the history of this iconic location in Downtown Laurel, while also adding a 7th location in Jones County to better serve our community. “The opportunity to add a location in growing Downtown Laurel has been a part of our long-term strategy to serve this market. We think this historic location will provide an added level of convenience to our customers,” said Community Bank’s Jones County President, Sawyer Taylor.
The office will provide both deposit and loan services, an ATM, as well as safe deposit boxes. Loan services include home mortgage, personal and business loans as well as construction lending. Financial planning and trust services are also available.
