Our Community Bank team has created an online portal that will walk you through the PPP Loan Forgiveness process step-by-step. The portal contains frequently asked questions and full instructions to assist you throughout the forgiveness process. Once you have uploaded and submitted all the required documentation, our Community Bank team will thoroughly review prior to submission to the SBA. **Our portal is now accepting 3508S applications on all loans under $150,000**

When completing your application you will be required to use the business name as listed on your PPP Loan application and your SBA loan number. Our team has sent out communications via email, as well as, mail to those customers without a valid email address on file. If you did not receive or have any questions, please reach out to your local Community Bank Lender.
